Bank Holiday Monday and Central Radio were transmitting all day with a full DJ line up.
Transmissions commenced at 11am and finished early Tuesday morning at 2am. The line up of DJ's consisted of Jim Brown (station manager), DJ Chaos and Richie Ming + their hillarious spoof radio show "Longwave 750", Brian Grant (alternative 80's),Paul Hunt (80's),Tony James(a mixed bag from 70's - 2000's), Tom Webb (mixed), and finally the Brown and Webb chatter section, with a hint of Mark Evans in the background.

Come on Mark! When are you coming back on air proper?

If I've forgotten any DJ's then please get in touch and I'll add the name(s) to the above list.

I'll be making the follwing shows available for streaming from the Central website shortly - 750 Longwave , Paul Hunt and The Brown and Webb chatter section.

We transmitted on an alternative frequency of 106.1fm and also 6265khz on the 48m band SW.

Our transmissions have been sporadic over the last few months. In general all Mersey Pirate Radio activity has been low.

Today we transmitted on 105.9fm.

The signal was good here (Mack BG ). Jim Brown and Joe K would appreciate feedback.

Thanks to everyone from the Mersey Forums.
